120g unsalted cream cheese
120g white chocolate (can also use black if you want)
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from white. Put the egg whites in the fridge and warm oven to 170 degrees. Take 120g of white chocolate and Defrost it on steam. Once you add the cream cheese melts. Add the egg yolks and mix then with a spoon. Afterwards, add the egg whites in a bowl and stir until they foam and mix all together.
Take a baking pan with a diameter of 14cm and yndyroseni it. Pour the mixture into it. Then take another pan and fill larger with a little water. After this in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake inside to stand for 15 minutes.
Afterwards, take the cake from the oven and leave to cool. Above you can sprinkle with powdered sugar for a better taste.
