Ëmbëlsirë me kokos e çokolatë



5 eggs
1 cup sugar
150 gr nuts coconut
200 g chocolate
250 ml sweet cream ( HOPL )


At first we separate the egg whites from the yolks separately and beat them with sugar until obtain a homogeneous mass in the form of foam. I add the coconut and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a bowl . I add sweet cream and egg yolks . The blend with each other and after having created a uniform measure we add the cake we baked . And we put in the fridge and leave it for at least 5 hours.
