1600WFour Platform Flash Dryer with Photoelectric Sensor Switch
Flash dryer is used after screen printer, when you print a multi-color image, need a flash dryer to dry the ink then press next color. This machine is a new design model with photoelectric sensor switch, only need to adjust the sensing distance, flash dryer will work automatically.
Character:
1. Adopting carbon fiber heating tube, more power than general model, working life last for more than 10000 hours.
2. Size of drying box :16" x 16" (40x40cm); lifting angle of the heating box is also adjustable.
3. Drying temperature could be different by adjusting the height of drying box.
4. Four platforms could rotate in 360 degree and drying box can be fixed at any position.
5. Equipped with 5 holders, more stable than other size.
6. Temperature is adjustable according to moving the height of drying box, drying box can be moved up & down in 1.5" (4cm)

Operation :
Turn on the switch, press "+" to increase drying time, Press "-" will decrease. After setting time, display panel shows "o" it means count down starting; when timing is over, display panel shows "F" stop working automatically.
Photoelectric sensor switch adjustment:
1. Switch one, move induction object, when detector sensing the object, display panel will shows "o" , it mean the distance is suitable and machine start to work.
Taking away the object, flash dryer will shows "F' . If dryer do not stop automatically when the object leaving, please repeat this step to test a distance.
2. Machine will beeping 2-3 seconds when heating tube start / stop working. If operator do not have next step, it will beeping again and last 10 seconds.
