ITEM DESCRIPTION:
2mm Stroker / Stuffer Crankshaft for Honda Elite DIO AF17 AF18 AF27 AF28 SR50 SK50 SA50 used on various scooters (see below).
This is a High Quality Crank made by "Power & Speed" of Taiwan.
NOTE:
The stock stroke is 41.4mm, this crank will increase your stroke to 43.4mm. If you use a 47mm bore cylinder this will give you 75cc (a 25% displacement increase). This is an exact calculation... big bore kits are often wildly exaggerated.
NOTE:
This crank must be used with a big bore kit made to accept the longer stroke.
I have the correct big bore kit here: Item #
353038755803. This big bore kit has a special piston which is 1mm shorter (from the wrist pin to the crown). If you use a stock piston with a stroker crank, the piston will hit the head.
NOTE:
Later DIO engines such as AF34 & AF35 use a different crank (pay special attention to the flyweight diameter and the length of the clutch side shaft (see pics). I have the stroker crank for the later engine in another listing.

Performance parts must be installed by an experience engine builder. There is no warranty of any kind on performance parts.
