In this auction we offer:
I offer a high-power transmitting variometer designed to work in transmitting systems and antenna matching systems for shortwave devices.
The variometer is made in the form of a cylindrical coil, wound with a copper flat bar.
The dimensions of the flat bar are 1x9mm, the total dimensions of the variometer are 14x12x28cm.
The coil contains 22 turns.
The variometer shaft is driven by an insulated clutch.
The variometer has massive silver contacts with a good compression spring.
The variometer insulation is ceramic.
The variometer easily withstands a power level of 3kW.
The variometer was used, among others, in the adjustment system of the R140 radio.
After connecting the variometer with the electric drive, we can obtain a remotely controlled antenna matching system.
NOTE: The variometer is made in such a way that it has a second set of contacts containing part of the unused coils. As a result, the quality of the coil is much higher and at the same time there is no risk of punctures at high power levels.
The offered variometer is in very good condition, we provide a start-up warranty.
