This is in Acceptable condition, with light handling wear.
Water damage on top edge (plus stain) and bottom edge.  More severe on the bottom.
Water damage on top is gone by page 5.
Water damage on bottom is throughout, including all the interior pages and
extends up from the bottom edge 2½" or so.
Pages 10-back cover have stains (¼"-½" wide or so) on the right/left edges of the pages.
Still readable/useable, please MAKE OFFER
(For reference, Best to Worst = Near Zero, Light, Normal, Moderate, Heavy)
